Mr. Harker was kinda rude and has no idea how to establish patient rapport. He's rather confrontational.

Unfortunately, APRN Steven Harker seems to believe that he is a pulmonologist. I don't have a problem being seen by a nurse practitioner but Steven has an argumentative personality and barely listens to me (I think he is forming his next argument as I am speaking). Unfortunately, I'm stuck because Pulmonary Associates is the only choice I have based on my insurance. I feel very disrespected and demeaned when I leave my visit.
