Taylor is one of the best providers (physical and mental health) I've ever seen! I'm fortunate to have been placed on his calendar when I started my journey in diagnosing and medicating Adult ADHD over a year ago at a large practice. It was a long process to get there, but once I met with him after testing, I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to listen to me about my goals and provided honest feedback. He didn't dismiss my thoughts and decisions even though they weren't fully in line with what his recommendations were. Instead, he provided guidance on how to incorporate what I wanted with what he recommended. His approach to treatment isn't limited to mental health, but a holistic approach to heal your physical ailments as well. He was thorough in explaining how it was important to look at my physical health and wellness to ensure there wasn't something causing or contributing to mental health concerns. He was the first provider after years of saying I suffered from fatigue to actually listen and try to help me find the root cause. He's also the first provider I've seen that I actually felt comfortable enough to be honest about everything I'm experiencing without a fear of judgment or dismissal. I haven't always been compliant with his treatment plans, and I feel safe telling him I haven't been. He will reiterate the importance of the plan but doesn't make you feel terrible about it. He will also praise you when you are following the plan. I always feel like there's never enough time during our appointments because I feel like it's a safe place for me. He never makes me feel rushed when we're running out of time but will tell me if he has an appointment after he needs to get to. If I ever have to wait, it is minimal, but I just assume he's probably on with someone else just like me! It's almost like you're talking to your best friend instead of a provider. When I've needed an impromptu appointment, he's always been able to fit me in. If I ever need a med refill in between appointments he's on it. During my journey to find the right med and dosage we had some hiccups with insurance, and even my pharmacist commented how great he was to work with! So grateful to have connected with such an awesome provider!

Therapist non professional
Therapist was non professional with patient. He refused to respond to patient needs, after prescribing to high a level of medication that was intolerable. Patient was ignored, because because VA recommended vet to leave due to poor performance of practice. Upon therapist learning of this, he sent a cancellation letter to vet, terminating service. Leaving veteran helpless, and unstable on a medication not working. There was no communication at all during this period, despite the telephone calls, messages, texts, portal that were left. It was a conscious deliberate effort, and it also pro-ports with the other reviews you’ll read on other review sites. Promises were made to work with the VA on paperwork, which were broken. Also, a promise to write an ADA letter was broken right at the moment it was due. I would highly recommend going somewhere else, to all out there.
