Dr. Adelman helped me navigate through several difficulties I was facing in my personal life. He helped me cope with my thoughts and anxiety surrounding those issues in a useful manner. He has always been supportive and warm and he helped me to be open- to my own thoughts, with him as a therapist, in my relationships.

Dr Steven was excellent. He helped me with some difficult issues with warmth and compassion. He is very competent and professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Adelman was just great at helping my wife and I to get back on track and solve some of our ongoing problems. We were able to each address our own contribution to the problems, and he assisted us in working with ourselves and each other to find solutions. He gave us skills for better communication and conflict resolution.
I highly recommend Dr. Adelman!

Working with Dr. Steven has been wonderful experience. I was nervous to see a therapist for the first time but Dr. Steven's warm personality put me at ease. His years of expertise are apparent and he has helped me a lot.

Dr. Adelman is a great therapist. He helped me immensely with my chronic anxiety and I no longer suffer from regular panic attacks. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

He was brief, appointments are only 45 min max, he cut me off when I was trying to explain the background to the situation, and essentially other than infrequent questions, he was provided no input, no suggestions, no recommendations, leaving me frustrated and feeling like he only cared about money and not the person. I felt like I wasted time and got absolutely nothing out of several sessions other than him repeating what I already said.
