Exceeded My Expectations, I will refer any friends
Me and my wife were referred to the office by my one of my neighbors. This is my second year. Dr. Penn is patient, kind, and professional. I had Cataract surgery on Mar 2024, Dr. Penn told me any side effects, he told me what I need to take care, also ask me if I need eye drops, anytime you need tell me also he wants me to keep two years' eyeglasses only. others you should get rid of it, because eye prescription before and after Cataract surgery will be different. I am lucky, I have Dr. Penn my eye doctor. The Rowland office crew members and staff also vey nice and helpful.

I saw Dr. Penn at his Rowland Heights office. Very kind and very professional. Exam was detailed and he's easy to talk to. My whole family sees him. Highly recommended.
