Dr. Steve Mitchell Sr, OD

The doctor and his aids are great. He is professional and kind at the same time. The only problem I have is his snooty receptionist. She is always rude and even more when you have to deal with money. She is not helpful whatsoever and is always very blunt. After I’ve paid off my dues I’m just going to take my business to Walmart.

I would give Dr. Mitchell and every member of his staff, especially Diana, ten stars if I could. I've had quite an ordeal with my eye and the ultimate end is the eye has to be removed. However, Dr. Mitchell gave me the most thorough eye examination I have ever had and got me to the specialists I need. Diana has been extremely helpful with making appointments, coaching me, supporting me, and keeping me informed. Everybody in this office is so friendly and helpful and they really know their stuff.
