Dr. Steve Alukonis, DC

I was in an auto accident on January 19, 2025. Immediately after the accident a headache came on in my right temple area, among other problems related to a serious neck and back injury. I have been seeing Dr. Alukonis twice a week since the accident. Yesterday, as he was doing adjustments to my neck, my headache disappeared. It’s been 24 hours and the headache has not reappeared. Dr. Alukonis is amazing and has taught my husband and I so much already, throughout this process. Hailey and Missy, his office and clinical staff are truly amazing. They go out of their way to help with anything you need. They are knowledgeable and so kind. I am beyond grateful to have found this office!

? My boyfriend came here to continue back and knee decompression treatments that had been incredibly successful at the previous practice. ? We were told that they had knee and back decompression machines and were happy to accommodate us. He didn't do anything at the initial consultation because of paperwork, understandable, but he said that next time he would do the decompression. ? When we came for our second visit, he refused to do it. He also told us knee decompression does not exist and that he doesn't have a machine for that (it does exist, my boyfriend used it successfully for months).? We questioned him on spinal decompression just for him to say 'I don't think it will help you, I'm not going to do it'. Initially, I had high hopes for the very pricey ($4,500) treatment plan that was decided upon with the aid of a finger stick "test". I asked several times for a breakdown of supplements, adjustments and other treatments that our son would be receiving and never got anything. We followed the plan to the letter and did not have the miraculous outcome that was expected. Covid came on the scene so we cancelled upcoming appts. I remained in touch via emails and, after doing lots of research at home, realized that this "plan" is likely prescribed to everyone who comes in the door expecting a Functional Medicine Approach. I still have a son with the same issues and still owe half of what the plan costs. I have asked for a partial refund but have been denied, saying that we had actually received more supplements and treatments that were allowed on the plan and that they would have to write it off. This is NOT a traditional Functional Medicine experience. Do your research before signing up!

Dr Alukonis is great. Just give yourself at least 45 mins for him to see you. On more than 1 occasion, I’ve waited over 45 mins to see him. Poor scheduling of patients.

I first went to a seminar a few years ago. I learned a lot then. I'm in the medical field I'm a caregiver I take my patients to doctor Steve as myself for a few years. Supplements I get help me a lot I feel good I'm hardly sick my patients are well never sick. They have a professional and friendly atmosphere I love going there.

Dr. Alukonis is very keen at meeting your specific needs. He stuidies your spine in order to correct the issues that pertain to you. Best chiropractor I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know.
