Stephen Yip

Dr. Yip was my grandma's doctor. He really listens and cares about what family members, who are caregivers concerns are. What really impress me about Dr. Yip is he went above and beyond to make sure my grandma was taking the right medication. Grandma just came out of the hospital and the hospital doctors changed her medication. I called Dr. Yip's office and Iris told me Dr. Yip was on vacation. But Dr. Yip still took time out to call me to make sure grandma's new medication was fine and it made me as a caregiver less worry the new medication side affects. Dr. Yip was on vacation, he didn't have to interrupt his time with family to take care of grandma, but he did and that is what makes him special and a gift from God.I am grateful for all the holidays and birthdays we were able to celebrate with grandma because Dr. Yip took really good care of her.Thank you Dr. Yip and Iris!

Stephen Yip is a Nurse Practitioner who is attentive and pleasant. During home visits, when examining the patient, Stephen is gentle and detailed. He takes time to ask the patient how they are doing and listens patiently. Any questions raised are addressed with clarity. Stephen is knowledgeable and careful in reviewing medications to make adjustments in accordance with the changes in the patient's health condition. As caregiver, I found Stephen's bedside manner and care for the well being of my elderly aunt to be reassuring and excellent.
