Dr. Polakoff is great and my family and I normally have a pleasant experience at his office. However, the new secretary is quite rude. It first started with the office not calling for an appointment reminder. Then they didn't call to tell us my mother's glasses were ready for pick-up. Now more recently, my father scheduled an appointment that was not recorded. The secretary on the phone was rude and hung up on my father and my mother! So rude! I don't know what is happening to the office.
