Dr. Stephanie Zeid, PSY.D

I waited several months for my daughter's appointment with Dr. Zeid. When the time came, the appointment was cancelled due to a "family emergency" without immediately rescheduling the appointment. I was told she would contact me to schedule another appointment. I was not happy with that response and called the office later that day to schedule again. This time I was told that Dr. Zeid had taken the day off because her daughter was sick. This happened to fall on a day that the kids had no school. Once we were finally able to attend the fist meeting I immediately scheduled for the next meeting and follow-up appointment The second appointment went smoothly. The follow up was scheduled 1 week later. I was notified by the office 20 mins after the schedule telephonic appointment that Dr. Zeid had another "family emergency" and she would not be attending the appointment. I was immediately rescheduled for 4 weeks later. Dr. Zeid failed to appear yet again even after the office confirmed it.
