Stephanie Teran, PT

Over the years, I’ve worked with various PTs to treat different physical injuries, I’m an active athletic female in my late-50’s. Most recently, I went to physical therapist Stephanie Teran who came on high recommendation from several people. She was warm and professional and demonstrated genuine empathy for my physical discomfort. Her physical evaluation was thorough, and she was excellent at identifying the origin of my pain (the pain presented similarly to a meniscal tear). Stephanie determined, however, that the pain was due to a sciatic nerve impingement. She was correct! What I appreciated most was that Stephanie began treatment that same session. She has advanced training in trigger point therapy (dry needling), and it provided immediate and much-needed relief. After several physical therapy sessions and a new stretching program, I am now PAIN-FREE and back to being PHYSICALLY ACTIVE (i.e., running, weight-training, hiking). Thanks, Stephanie!
