Terrible bedside manner, uncaring
APRN, not even a Dr, assumed all I wanted was pain pills even though I told her I Don't Want Them, she Assumed rather than listen to my problem, which turned out to be excruciating arthritis pain and only relief I got was from ibuprofen, thank God for ibuprofen, and just in case you read this Sanchez, I still have all those pain pills only bc I haven't made the trip to the cop shop to dispose of them properly. In closing I would not recommend Sanchez to Anyone

Poor Patient Care
1. Even though the sign out front says Walk Ins Welcome, I called 2 times because I needed medical care and I was told to go to urgent care.2. For the last 2 years the wrong ICD codes were used in my labs causing stress and anxiety when I got the bills and had to get the mistakes ironed out 3. There is a patient portal but there are untimely responses to my emails and this last email recieved not reply fomrom the provider.4. Every time I have an appointment I get calls to reschedule, and this occurs mor than once. This year's my appointment t was rescheduled 3 months later than the original date.THIS IS THE POOREST MEDICAL CARE THAT I HAVE EVER RECIEVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!

Dr Sanchez
Dr Sanchez is a great doctor. She goes Way beyond her means to help you. She explains in understanding detail. She makes me feel great everytime I see her. Love her to death.

Highly recommended!
We are so grateful to have found Stephanie Sanchez. She is so attentive and thorough and really cares about her patients. She has recently helped both my husband and I find the answers we were looking for and not finding anywhere else. The staff and assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

I have had a rough 2020 health wise, and with Mrs. Sanchez being my primary, I thank my lucky stars. With my concerns and worries, she is so knowledgeable and smart, you are put at ease very quickly. But to people considering her , you will enjoy her friendly attitude, and ease with how she helps you with whatever you need. You don't feel rushed like most doctors do you, and she even asks if you have anymore questions for her.. A real pleasure when i see Mrs. Sanchez

After an hour and a half wait in their dirty, disgusting office and a short vital check from a rather unprofessional nurse, Stephanie greeted me with no bedside manner or compassion. She immediately made me feel like a criminal for switching doctors twice in the past year (due to insurance change and new job). She questioned my medical history and had no intention of working with me and getting to know me as an individual patient - her only goal was to push her own ideas. I will not be returning, and I encourage all to consider one of the many other options in our area. What a disappointing waste of two hours and my nearly $150 copay!
