I've seen Stephanie Richards almost exclusively since I moved to the area in the Fall of 2018. She has been absolutely wonderful for all of the random health issues I've encountered since then. Everything from Mastitis to Ear Infections and the flu. She has always listened closely to my concerns and referred me out to other specialists when needed. I truly appreciate the care she provides!

Horrible experience. Doesn’t listen or answer questions about routine matters. Fox Mill Family Practice has some wonderful Dr’s and staff but avoid Nurse Practitioner Richards like the plague.

Don’t bother seeing her if you want someone to listen, or even pretend to listen by looking at you. Left multiple messages over a three week period and was finally told to go to ER for a non urgent matter.
