PA notes inaccurate. I said I wanted an MRI of right knee due to sharp anterior pain. PA examined knee cap, said ligaments working and suggested knee replacement in future. Notes do not mention that PA ignored MRI request. I have to be able to walk after back surgery and won't be able to if knee pain is unrelated to nerve issues in spine.
