Compassionate and Patient Therapist
I have been seeing Stephanie for several years and through several difficult life transitions and she has been awesome at helping me get through tough times because she truly listens to what I say. I’ve seen numerous therapists before who were never able to let me finish explaining something before jumping in with commentary but I finally feel listened to and understood. She has also helped me through lots of difficult trauma work and is amazing with helping me control that anxious response that comes up when I talk about such horrible things. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone, and especially people who struggle with anxiety disorders and PTSD symptoms.
