We have seen 3 different dr in a 7 year period and by far she was hands down the most accurate assessment and recommendations of them all. The testing she did allowed us to target our search for the right environment for our son. Best of all He felt empowered to embrace his diagnosis. Dr Johnson was the best thing when dealing with teenagers and school IEP / 504. She also was very professional and timely in her response for follow ups and test data review. I’ve not been impressed with the other 2 Dr who came highly recommended and were most disappointing. Dr Johnson may not tell you what you want to hear but what is based on the test data . I say your best choice in this area .

Disappointed to say the least. Neuropsychological test results and assessment were bare minimum. Conflicting data and recommendations. I had to get more testing done and the neuropsychologist actually did the testing with me so they could my see my deficits. They did an outstanding job on the assessment, recommendations, everything. They even offered helpful strategies. I didn't realize how incomplete Dr Johnson's report until I got a good report. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Overall it was a very unprofessional experience (poor soundproofing, poorly photocopied materials, etc) and the result of a day-long testing was unhelpful. In a nutshell, I said I had mild anxiety in certain situations. Assessment result = mild anxiety (self-reported).

I had a neuropsych evaluation completed at Cognitive Solutions, Dr. Johnson's practice. Dr. Johnson's assistant who administered the 5 hour evaluation did a poor job and I felt mistreated. I did not trust the test and scoring from Cognitive Solutions and had another psych eval done at Medstar 3 weeks later. Needless to say, the evaluation from Cognitive Solutions showed significant brain impairment and functioning while the same test at Medstar showed normal brain function. Go elsewhere!
