unwelcoming therapist
I had a consult with Stephanie Christl, and the entire time, she seemed unwilling to help you. She is not updated with the latest science, psychology, and research advances. She seems so behind it was embarrassing to provide her latest studies in her field. The worst part in the consult is how she kept pushing away the prospective client. She said 3 times: 'Have you thought about someone else? Oh, you are on a waiting list. You should check into that again.' I was astounding of how unprofessional and discriminatory that came off.

unprofessional
Stephanie Christl has a lot of problems with getting back with a client. It is a daily chore and a mammoth of a task to get any line of communication from her. absence of communication and regularly having to follow-up is draining. This was awful.

Therapist lacks knowledge and professionalism
Stephanie Christl as a counselor has poor communication skill and relating to clients. She does not carry enough knowledge to actually help from the mental health and psychology profession.
