I had an emergency gall bladder removal and had to follow up with my primary care doctor. I saw Mrs. Bridgers because Dr. Lopez had no available appointments. I was upset because I thought this was a waste of money. Mrs Bridgers explained that your primary care physician was the one who oversees your total care. I had lots of questions for her about my recent ER visit and she took time to explain each one. It was very educational and put my mind at ease. She was also aware of everything that happened in the ER. Which impressed me.

Mrs Bridgers is such a sweet person. I have been a patient of hers for a very long time. Over the years of paying medical bills, I have learned to ask about each test or procedure being ordered. She is quick to answer questions on why something needs to be done. She has always been on time or early for my appointments. She is never makes me feel rushed.

Very professional, great staff, speak English, They got my sugar down, after 1 visit.

I knew I had a staph infection on my lips going in. Not only did she insist that it wasn't staph infection (she thought it was extremely dry lips), she didn't ask questions, didn't even LOOK at my lips, just sent me home, no swab test, nothing but "come back in a week if it hasn't gotten better". I went back to get the swab and test was positive for staph. Because of her incompetence, I had to pay for multiple office visits (at a doctor's rate). ARNP's should not be treated as doctors.
