I highly recommend Stephanie Brandt. Stephanie is honest, kind, authentic, and focused on true recovery. Stephanie’s specialty is trauma therapy and she uses a wide variety of techniques and continually strives to learn new tools to support her clients. While conditions involving trauma are complex, Stephanie can successfully treat emerging and persistent trauma issues while effortlessly creating a safe transition and return to daily life. I have seen Stephanie for years and she has provided a safe, progressive, and healing path toward recovery and trauma management. As someone who has PTSD, it’s easy to forget how life continues when a trauma trigger is fully activated. Stephanie’s focus is to help each client live their life fully while gently putting out metaphorical trauma fires or meticulously chipping away at bigger trauma burdens. Her EMDR, brain-spotting, picture-in-picture, and CBT techniques are worth every bit of effort. Healing often happens without immediately realizing.

Really negative experience. She regularly talked over me, judged the people in my life, and made inaccurate assumptions. She spent time discussing trips she had been on, had her phone ringing, and spent a ridiculous amount of time during session setting up EMDR materials and taking payment. Just awful... do not see her.

Stephanie has been instrumental in my recovery from childhood trauma and neglect. Her knowledge and experience with EMDR is quite impressive, and her easy going, conversational style of therapy is calming and supportive. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone who is even slightly curious about EMDR therapy, or just looking for an experienced talk therapist.

I would recommend Stephanie to EVERYONE. From the first time we met, I knew that Stephanie was the right therapist for me. She knows how to make you feel at ease in difficult situations and is tremendously helpful in assisting you to resolve your challenges. She is a great listener and provides excellent feedback and recommendations to the challenge you are trying to solve. I am so glad that I found her, she has changed my life.
