A preliminary lab test caused her to come to one conclusion - despite the fact that for 45 minutes I adamantly told her that her conclusion was wrong. When the preliminary came back from the lab I was proven right, but instead of apologizing for the way I was treated, I instead have to wait extra time now because she refuses to even come into the room when I am at the clinic...so I have to wait for another provider to be available. This is not professionalism. Avoiding a patient is juvenile.
