I remember going to Dr. Malkin years ago. Our father had brought my sister and I to Dr. Malkin in an attempt to obtain a written document saying that we were hostile children in order to avoid paying child support following our parent's divorce. On our first day of family counseling with Dr. Malkin, our father had convinced her that our mother was not available to make the counseling sessions (which was a lie), but instead of requesting that our mother be present, she went along with our father in denying our mother's presence in what was supposed to be "family" counseling. In reality our father did not want our mother present because she would have gone on to expose his true intentions (as she had with previous counselors). However, since our father was the one paying Dr. Malkin, she simply just went along with his scheme until me and my sister had exposed him ourselves. Ultimately, our father had gotten off scot-free without paying child support and we have Dr. Malkin to thank.

Stella in an excellent therapist and has done a wonderful job of helping my with my gender dysphoria, including providing support and guidance during my transition to female. She is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She as a genuine interest in transgender issues and has given me excellent advice and direction as well as helping me deal with issues as they came up.
