Stacy Stafford, PA-C

My husband and I started seeing Stacy about 9 months ago. She's always been patient and kind with us. I've referred several friends who have all had positive experiences with her too. I'm currently in the process of moving my kids to her care as well.

I came to this office as I was highly disappointed with my last provider. Stacy ignored my lung issue the first two times I saw her. Then on my last visit told me my lungs were clear. Today I saw a nurse practitioner at the respiratory clinic who listened to my lungs and heard a rattle. I told her my history, and she stated that I will ALWAYS have a rattle due to previous issues and that Stacy didn't pick up on that is not a good thing. Now I feel like I have to find another doctor for my care.

Stacey has always listened to everything I've had to say and all concerns I have brought to her attention. I've never felt rushed or belittled as I have with previous practitioners. All calls for prescription refills have been handled professionally and with little delay. Problems occur when relying on the front desk staff to pass on refill requests faxed in from the pharmacy. Because of this, whenever the pharmacy says they're faxing over a request, I call right away to hep expedite the process. Stacey has had an abrasive assistant or two, however, her current assistant has been nothing but helpful to me. I definitely value my relationship with Stacey and would be willing to transfer to a new office if she ever leaves.

Stacey constantly ignores the perscription refill orders for my spouses life saving medication. Even when told it’s on her desk she will ignore it and leave early. It takes several days of calling and calling to get it filled. Her assistant Bethany is rude and awful, never returning calls and taking to you like garbage.
