She solved my problems with dizziness with a simple office procedure. It was easy to get an appt. Everyone was thorough and professional.

Unprofessional; will not return calls nor does she forward information to other providers as required. I waited 5 +months for an appt. with another provider simply because Dr. Blalock did not send them the necessary forms. I called 6 times and finally called the receptionist in the office and told her the situation. Even then, Dr. Blalock did not return my call; she had the receptionist call me with another excuse for her own lack of professional behavior. I will never use her again.
