Dr. Stacy Crater, OD

I lost my prescription sunglasses which I need to drive. Office staff good not get me in for two months. Inconvenience but I a deal breaker. I asked that my current prescription be sent to Costco. They sent a prescription that was expired by two weeks. The Costco optician said Dr. Crater’s office could extend the prescription by a week two get new glasses. Dr. Crater had the day off but the office manager at Cutlerville Eye Care said this was not an option and did not follow through with Dr. Crater. I have been with Cutlerville Eye Care for 20 plus years and transferred my eye care to another office do to this offices inability to provivide emergent care and lack of customer service by the office staff. It is ashamed because Dr. Crater provides excellent clinical care.
