Bad Experience
I have never returned after my one interaction with Stacy Cooper. She was close to an hour late, had not looked at my file prior to our appointment, and was not able to answer questions. She invited a person (I had no idea who they were) into my exam room without introducing them or asking me if I was comfortable with the stranger in my exam room. As I was waiting at the elevator to leave, I received a call from her to tell me she was going to adjust my medication; she had not done any tests nor was there any discussion regarding this during my appointment so I was not comfortable with a random change.

Doesn't listen
Incredibly rude! Will not listen to symptoms. Pushed hard for birthcontrol and drugs which are not helpful in my situation. Dismissed all my concerns as without asking any questions.. Horrible horrible attitude from one woman to another.

Unbelievable – Dec 03, 2022

Dr. Stacy Cooper was extremely rude to me when I had an IUD replaced. I made it VERY clear to my primary doctor as well as Dr. Cooper that I experience a lot of pain and anxiety with this procedure. I was told only to take ibuprofen and was not prescribed anything for my high anxiety or pain. When the procedure was performed I yelled out in pain a few times and Dr. Cooper yelled at me to be quiet because I would scare her other patients. Maybe if I was given a better option for the procedure or given medications to help I wouldn't have been yelling in pain. Extremely RUDE doctor. I will NEVER go to her again. Gynos need to do better and listen to their patients because something that may be easy for someone else may be very painful to another person.

I needed to be seen fairly quickly for some hormonal issues I had been having and was offered an appointment with Dr. Cooper. I was feeling very anxious and she was very friendly and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She recommended options for my issues and was very thorough. I left feeling much more calm and relaxed than when I had entered.

Stacy has a terrific bedside manner. I found her to be very supportive, understanding, and in general made an what I find to be an uncomfortable exam, pretty okay. She's casual but professional and I've never felt rushed. And her assistant is pretty awesome as well. Front desk is a bit robotic, but nice enough.
