Dr. Spencer Noble, DPT

Wonderful sessions, even though they were teleheslth ones. I was listened to and Dr, Noble gave me clear, honest feedback. He is very patient and patient-oriented. I felt like he really cared. Beyond that, the exercises he taught me helped me very much. I made a lot of progress and feel more human again.

After many shots and surgery, PT with different providers, with surgery again being recommended, and suffering severe sciatic pain, I was fortunate enough to have Spencer work with me. He assessed my situation, listened attentively and helped guide me on a course of treatment. We agreed from the start that the goal was satisfactory lifestyle without drugs or surgery. I followed the plan and within months I was living without back/sciatic pain. It seemed crazy to me that with all the shots, surgery, PT and another surgery looming that a simple clear plan of treatment worked so well. One PT group was charging $400 an hour for services. They were very good, but when I left I asked what to do ongoing and they said go to a gym! And the pain returned. After my sessions with Spencer I am now free from back pain preventing me a full life. I have a system of how to address my pain when ever it crops up and will always be grateful to Spencer for that freedom. It's been over two years... !

I had multiple telemed sessions with Dr Noble. He is very approachable and patient when describing exercises and hints to help me with my long term low back pain. This was the first time ever that I could plainly understand the benefits of the spine exercises. I was experiencing quicker relief than ever before. Because the exercises and hints that he gave me I was very willing to continue and not stop as in previous PT experiences. In the 8 weeks of therapy I am much more mobile and stronger with a better “life” attitude. 5 stars is not enough for Dr Noble.

Absolutely wonderfull. Feel so much stronger and better everyday.Exercises really explained and good pep talks.Has a knack of making exercises fun! Would certainly recommend Spencer to anyone wanting help with an issue like this!

I need to add more to my other feedback. I’ve had my severe neck pain for OVER 55 YEARS, due to a bad whip lash that almost killed me, the Dr.s said within 1/2” of where the other car hit us. Severe ligament problems , Bones in my neck... etc.!!! Been to the chiropractor for MANY years, helped me get thru it, plus going for massages, helped me, until the next time. Nothing has helped me this much, until Spencer. ( Mr. Noble sounds too unpersonal ) Anyway, WITHIN 24 HOURS... I felt like a different person. I feel “ human “ again! Not in agony almost 24/7 for the LEAST little thing I did & knew not to do it, but just did it anyway.... but, I just kept on keeping on ... I’ve always been VERY active.. but This would literally put me in the bed... BUT, so far , ( this is my beginning of my 2 Nd week ) w/ in the first day..... so far... THAT’S OVER!!!!!

Received physical therapy from Spencer entirely through Tele-Health due to Covid-19 virus restrictions. Had severe left leg nerve pain caused by an old lower back injury. Spencer provided the needed exercise program for my specific problem. Although progress was slow at first, Spencer kept me motivated and the pain was eventually reduced drastically. Would highly recommend Spencer to prospective patients.

Dr Noble is such a caring, knowledgeable professional. I am so glad he was my therapist. I am now pain free thanks to him.

Spencer was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He is a true professional and has a very easy-going personality. He worked my exercises progressively so I could feel that I was not so overwhelmed and could see the improvement. Highly recommended for back therapy. .

The pain in my leg and back has decreased significantly. The time I have spent in PT has really improved my range of motion and ability to function without pain. Spencer has provided me with some very helpful exercises to do at home, to help strengthen and maintain the strength in my back.
