From start to finish, the entire visit was very good

PA McAndrews was an exemplary practitioner in all respects. Her genuine care and obvious expertise were refreshing and very helpful. Her bedside manner was especially notable considering she had o convey her heartfelt concern from b behind a pointless surgical mask. I wasn't having surgery. And I presume she wasn't infectious with anything or she wouldn't be working in the first place. Aren't we done with the covid gaslighting yet? Everyone knows by now that such hyperbolic measures were not necessary or helpful. It is challenging to maintain respect for and confidence in healthcare workers and organizations that are still performing protocols that have no basis in science or medical understanding. Ditch the stupid masks already!

Very pleased with everyone there Doctor is top-notch number one in my book

He was amazing. Taking initiative when he and the nurse had a hard time getting access to a vein. He tried twice and then called a nurse. While the nurse was trying to access a vein this man rubbed my forehead and my had to keep me calm. He did this all on his own and really tried hard to keep me comfortable. Please do not confuse him with the female nurse. She never spoke to me and was rough when accessing my vein.

Good experience

Spencer was outstanding. She fixed three problems not just the one I came in with. She was friendly and had great bedside manner, confident, reassuring and gave me the information I needed to monitor my progress post visit. Couldn't be more satisfied (and I am a law professor and a tough critic!)
