Insensitive
For my first appointment, when I arrived, Soraya was surprised I was there. She told me she had another appointment and told me she couldn't see me. For my second and last appointment, she was 30 minutes late and during the appointment I found her to be insensitive and lacking empathy or presence.

Very accusatory and refused to listen to phone consultation when reaching out for a friend. Unprofessional. If she treats people this way, I can't imagine what she'd do as a therapist.
