I know that I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it weren’t for Sophie, and I’m more grateful for that than she’ll ever know. I really smile thinking of all of her future clients finding themselves shocked at how lucky they are to be in her care. Thanks for everything, Sophie. Really.

We felt Sophie behaved unprofessionally while our teenage daughter was under her care. Our 16-year-old daughter saw her for general anxiety, and instead of getting better, she got worse. In retrospect, our daughter feels like Sophie exploited her vulnerability and tried to turn her against us. Our daughter recalls her saying, "Your mom is going to try to convince you not to see me anymore" and then told our daughter she could not let that happen! We did find another therapist for our daughter and she improved almost immediately. We can't speak to how Sophie is with adults but we do not recommend her for teenagers.
