great experience
Was nervous going to a new office. The whole experience, from front desk staff to NP, was positive. The front desk staff was polite, friendly and professional. Sophie was friendly and personable. She listened and asked lots of questions. I feel like she took her time and didn't rush through the appointment. I would absolutely recommend Sophie Eckert, NP to my friends and family. I am not nervous to go back, that is for sure!

Poor attention to detail due to two prescription errors and lack of follow through by provider with regards to these errors despite office triage nurse and office stating she would call. In addition, was unable to reach provider after acceptable time and infection symptoms had returned (over 30 hours later). Provider blamed office staff she wasn’t getting messages and finally apologized. AAMC Ask a Nurse and pharmacist had encouraged me to call office again without prompt results.
