I found Dr. Cavett by mistake calling another Dr. I was so impressed by the Valarie on the phone, that I made an appointment to see Dr. Cavett. This is the first time in many many years that I can see out of a pair of glasses. I have wore monovision contacts for many years, so to wear glasses it is hard. I had told many doctors this and they would put me in bifocals. I could not see at all. Dr. Cavett put me in monvission glasses. It is great. Best Customer service. Thank you so much!

Office staff was not very friendly or helpful. Liked Dr. Cavett, but had to ask if I could look at glasses to purchase after exam. Technician did not seem to have much knowledge about fitting me with glasses. When they arrived & after several weeks of wearing they did not seem to be right & after a cost of almost $900 I Returned for a recheck & new lenses were ordered. New glasses have never been right.... I have to turn my head slightly to the right to see road signs or tv. Will not return.
