Compassionate and experienced
I was a patient of Somayeh's for over a year, and would have continued with her longer but she left the office. We had a great connection. I never felt uncomfortable around her, and felt that I could share and not be judged. In my opinion, she is an amazing therapist.

Dr. Shunk is an incredible therapist. I have been working with her for several months as I process a traumatic event. Her expertise and knowledge of appropriate therapy techniques is impressive. She is kind and compassionate, but also able to make honest assessments of situations. She sends me useful links to podcasts and websites related to what we discuss. I truly appreciate how professional and genuine she is. I highly recommend Dr. Shunk!
