I visited her twice within a 3 week span. She did not listen to my symptoms/complaints, did not perform a physical exam of any sort (although her MyChart notes say that she did) She completely missed a very serious, very large, potentially life threatening abdominal mass. She made notes in my chart that were 100% inaccurate.
