Please Read and Take Note: I should have known after Estrella ENT Clinic completely forgot to call me back as promised. One week later, I called them. This review doesn’t start there however. It begins with a hearing test. Like many others with recurring ear problems, we are very accustomed to the process. However, at Estrella ENT the hearing test takes FOREVER and is inconclusive at best. By the time I met Simran Kaur, I was very hopeful that we could finally move forward with my traditional ear clean out process. Kaur first failed to remove an ear tube that she said, “It’ll be easy to pull out as it is already out and just laying there”. WRONG. She had me jump nearly out of my seat her first try and failed again in her second try. She told me to wash it out myself with hydrogen peroxide. Then she refused to clean out my ears as they looked fine. My comment back was, “So what you are telling me is I am going to walk out that door without any change”. To which she said yes. Gee, I wond
