Lamentable Dishonest Practices
On multiple occasions, I have made simple requests of Sigal Dagiely as my PCP (routine things: a referral, a couple of prescription refills) over the phone or myhealthonline. Each time, my simple request was mishandled in numerous inept fashions. I have since had confirmation from one of the phone staffers at the Internal Medicine department that my requests were being deliberately mishandled in order to frustrate me into coming in for an appointment so she could charge my insurance. I've got a busy job and a busy home life. I shouldn't have to carve out an hour of my day to come in to the clinic just to have my prescription for dry skin ointment renewed just so Atrius Health can make an extra buck.
