Appointment with Dr. MacDonald was on time. she spent a great deal of time with a hearing test and then followup in programing my hearing aids. She is very professional and at the same time personable. She understands the hearing needs of people my age. She was patient in answering all my questions. Highly recommend her.

Very professional in her manner and demeanor. Listened carefully to my hearing problem. Explained the hearing test and how the test proceeded. Explained results in detail and next steps. Was cheerful, yet professional. Felt like there was a mutual trust during the appointment. Would recommend this doctor to anyone who needs her services.

Would highly recommend Dr. MacDonald. She spent a lot of time doing the hearing test. I believe it improved the reprogramming of my existing hearing aids. Now at home, I am able to hear the dialog on the TV much better than before. She also cleaned my old hearing aids, replaced a couple of broken parts, and sent me home with replacement ear domes. Could not be happier with my first visit with Dr. Sierra MacDonald.
