The doctor was fine. She did her job as expected. The office staff, however, sent my lab work to a lab that was not covered under my insurance policy, which is going to cost me over $1k as opposed to nothing, had they sent it to the lab that my insurance policy covers. They had my insurance information, yet failed to verify the lab. Whenever I go to a mechanic, they make a diagnosis, provide an estimate, then do the work. I don't get a separate bill from wherever they bought the parts from. I specifically went to this office because their website claims they perform Mohs surgery, which is done in-house. No 3rd party lab. But they didn't do that. They sent off to a lab and I got charged over $1k for a visit where I was in the office for not more than a half hour. Absurd.

Staff moved with a purpose and I was in and out it a descent amount of time.. Very nice and friendly staff.

I had a 1:30pm appointment with Shreyal Patel. I arrived on time, checked in with the front desk and filled out the appropriate paperwork. I was called and led to the procedure room where a polite assistant went over my health history and standard protocol of questions that one would experience with any visit to a medical facility. After waiting 20 minutes, the same assistant came in to tell me that Shreyal is not available to see me and decided to participate in a procedure with another patient. They said you can reschedule if you like and gave me no further assistance. I have a severe allergic reaction to poison ivy outbreak and rash. I required immediate attention, diagnosis and a solution. They did nothing to help me. And exhibited unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. There are dozens of dermatologists in Orlando, choose another!

I had an area of concern that just came up and I was getting ready to be out of town for awhile. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Her and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. She was very attentive and explained everything.

I called a little after 8 a.m. and was told there was an 8:50 opening, so I took it. When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile, I provided my information, and was, indeed, ushered to my room at 8:50. I answered questions about my particular concern, and the area was excised painlessly and sent off for a biopsy. I should be returning in a couple of weeks for the results and follow-up. The staff was great, Dr. Patel answered a couple of my questions, and I was sent on my way. A very positive experience all the way around.

I had a concerning growth on my nose, and had no idea what to expect. Shreyal Patel was friendly, reassuring, gave me options for removing it, and had it done in less than an hour.

Dr. Shreyal was super friendly, listens to your concerns, explains things well, makes eye contact with you while speaking, and just generally cares for her patients. Everyone I encountered in the establishment was friendly and helpful as well. I got an appointment the day of inquiring.

The check-in process was quick and easy and I was seen on time and taken back very shortly after arriving. The team is extraordinary, so caring and professional. I had to have a small granuloma removed so they had to numb me. I don't do very well with any kind of injection so when I started to feel lightheaded they immediately sprang into action to make me as comfortable and safe as possible. The team was super prepared as though each person had a pre-assigned role; one elevated my legs, one put ice packs on me, one told me to keep taking deep breaths, and one got me apple juice. After all that, Dr. Patel came in and performed the procedure in less than 90 seconds. Quick and painless. I recommend Dr. Patel and her team at Advanced Dermatology most highly, you are definitely in good hands.

The staff was organized and worked efficiently which expedited patient wait time. Shreyal Patel, LPN was extremely knowledgeable, assessed my problem quickly, clearly explained her plan for treatment, and executed the procedure promptly. Her nurse was helpful, friendly and provided excellent assistance to our LPN. Would definitely recommend this practice!!

Dr. Patel and her assistant were absolutely incredible! Same with my wife's visits 5 months ago. We love our new Dermatology caregivers!!!! Office is very well-organized. We are thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I went in with high expectations because of my great experience with my old dermatologist, and she definitely surpassed my expectations. She was able to diagnose me within the first 2 minutes of being in the room and she told me what we were going to do to fix the issue, step by step.

As a new patient I was surprised how quick the process was from beginning to end. I arrived early, planning for new patient paperwork. I was shown back pretty much at my schedule appointment time and Ms. Patel was in the room for my examination shortly there after. So many times these days, you sit and wait every step of the way at the doctor's office. This was a pleasant surprise. Every member of the staff I dealt with was very nice and professional.
