She really takes the time to listen, doesn't order unnecessary tests and is very knowledgeable. She's a nice perso, also.

Everyone in the office is very nice. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant including Rose who took our blood.Shontelle is very nice. She listened to everything my husband and I had to say.She was very interested. I have gone to doctors that have not listened and were dismissive of my concerns.We had some questions as this was our first visit and Shontelle answered them to our satisfaction.We would definitely recommend her to everyone. Shontelle actually made you want to go to the doctors office.

Dr.Berfet is my primary care provider for 3 years now. She is very attentive, compassionate and professional. She met with my mother for the first time 1 year ago. At her first visit immediately recommended she be rushed to the hospital . a few days later we discovered she had stage 3 ovarian cancer . She is now in remission . thanks to God , team of medical professionals for her healing . It takes a village of people who love healthcare and ready to serve people. My mother and I continue to be content with her services . Dr.berfet will always be special to us .

This is letter is to provide my experience with two amazing individuals Shontelle Berfet PA and Tasha Curry from the Riverside team, I was diagnosed with Covid on 13th of January and these two professionals had made me feel like I was family from providing me excellent medical care very detailed and on point on how to get me better from this virus. These young and amazing women have made my fears of covid easier. I appreciate them so much. If we had more of Tasha and Shontelle Berfet the world would be a better place.. our favorite at riverside! Always was on point with every diagnoses. Caring, friendly, explains everything well and listens to the patients’ concerns! We have seen many providers there & we never left as satisfied as when we saw Berfet. She is on maternity leave now & so we have had to see others & we can honestly say that we miss her! She is truly a gem
