I've been in therapy with Shonda for 2 weeks now. But I felt a huge difference with just the first session. She is understanding and a great listener! She has helped me put things into perspective, identify my true self and grow into a better person.

I love Shonda! She always makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend. instead of being judged by a therapist. Talking to her is very comfortable and casual. She's very intuitive and would often point out new things for me to consider that was insightful.

I have had 3 sessions so far and I am very happy with our communication. I really feel heard and understood. I love the feedback on my journal entries I send and her suggestions on what I can work on until our next session that might be helpful with what I am dealing with. Definitely am enjoying working with Shonda

Absolutely LOVE Mrs. Harris! She is amazing and understands me to the dot. I feel very comfortable expressing myself and letting things out when I’m a session with her. Definitely would recommend to give her!
