I have been seeking therapists for a decade, and Shirley is hands-down the best therapist I have ever met. I saw Shirley from 2014 to 2017, and there never once was a moment I felt judged, not listened to, or steered in the wrong direction. She is thorough, patient, responsive, and provides an array of techniques for combating issues, ranging from DBT to EMDR. I would recommend Shirley to anyone who wishes to gain a greater sense of control and peace in their life.
