Sheryl is an amazing therapist. I have learned a lot about myself. She helped me deal with severe anxiety and deep dark depression. My life has changed in a very positive way with her help. I had therapy before but I did not experience the level of improvement I've had with Sheryl.

Very sweet and compassionate. But I told her I didn't want her to just tell me everyone else is the problem, I want constructive criticism. I want to know when I could have handled things better and how to do that.... She's awesome, she doesn't just tell me what I WANT to hear, she tells me what I NEED to hear, but does it in such a way that it's easy to take and not get offended.
