I waited for half an hour to be 'treated' by an Audiologist that couldn't be bothered to even tell me her name and introduce herself. I had to call and ask who the Dr was that treated me! When I went into her Office, it looked like a squatters den, not tidy or clean. The hearing booth smelt like a horse stall (no exaggeration), and immediately told me in no certain words to 'deal with it' and acted as though I was lucky to be there! She then went on to tell me she was from the LA area, as though I give two hoots! I was so shocked, as I have always had great patient care at Rocky Mountain Ear, Nose and Throat, that after deliberating as to whether I should write this, I came upon the conclusion, if I don't then this may happen to someone else!
