I saw her at the Berea location because for some reason I could not see Colleen. She didn't help me out with what I came for and was absolutely the most rude doctor I have ever come in contact with. I'm not sure how you can be in the medical field and be that rude but I guess she made it. She doesn't even listen fully to what your issues are before she cuts you off and either criticizes you or tells you what's wrong with you when it's not at all what's wrong.

Sherra cares and takes the time to think about what’s going on with her patients. She has even called to check on my mom’s health between visits. Very happy to have her close by.

Worse experience I’ve ever had with a medical “professional” in my adult life. My doctor is on vacation so I had to see this person. Barely checked me out..could have cared less about my pain level. Assumes you’re wanting opiates instead of help. Not everybody in pain just wants to be fed opiates. Maybe if she’s ever dealing with intense pain, she will have a different outtake on how she fails to treat patients in pain.
