Unkind & uncaring
Dr. Gove is rude & demeaning, not a kind word or gesture, inability to be personable, listening and or reassuring having had to visit her office this one time & last time in an emergency appointment. Because of her short time & care I felt it necessary t be seen at another eye doctor, I just could not trust her finding. I hope she will one day learn how to treat folks in a kind manner. Shame on you Dr. Gove. Kara, your staff person was remarkable, you could learn from her.

Pulling a fast one !!
Very disappointed that they charged us for a procedure/exam that they did without informing us, and we did not even realize that this exam was being done. There was no communication about what they were doing. And then when we disputed the charge, they charged us anyways. Very rude office staff. Will definitely drop this doctor, and search for a new one. Seems like this practice is out to make quick buck. Also when we looked up on the internet about the standard practice of doing the procedure that they said that they did, we realized that they did nothing of what was described. So there is no way for us to even confirm that the procedure was even done. The whole visit left a very very bad taste in the mouth.
