I've lived in Vegas since 2011 and I gone thru many doctors who don't care about our mental and physical health some who are of African descent. I Love Dr. Hawkins and her staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and not to mention they’re always jamming in there lol This is the best doctor and doctor’s office i been to by far. 10/10 recommend.

Dr Hawkins is absolutely Godsent! She listens to you and validates your concerns. She’s so knowledgeable and never gives up on you, she takes her time to explain things and you can tell she cares. What a breath of fresh air! I wish nothing but the best for this angel!

I have never felt more seen and heard by a healthcare provider in my life. Shenakwa and members of her team took time for me - getting to know me, answering all my questions and reviewing my labs in great detail. After my appointment, Shenakwa then spent an incredible amount of time with my seven year old daughter. I think everyone’s heart exploded a little when after her blood draw, she hugged Shenakwa and said, “You are the best doctor EVER!” There aren’t words to adequately express my gratitude for the attention to detail, empathy, and knowledge the of providers and staff at Care With Purpose!

The perfect combination: Caring and competent! My first time with an online provider and I had my concerns but Shenakwa was perfect, even calling my prescription in, then calling them to confirm and calling me back...Perfect!

Yesterday was my moms second appt. as we transition to a new pain care doctor and facility. To say my mom is nervous and a bit negative at times is an understatement. Ms. Shenakwa was spot on and I give her an A+ for her extremely kind, warm bedside manner, especially when the office was busy and our appt was running late. (To clarify, 1st visit--no wait.) Exactly what my mom needs as we start to help her make decisions about her ongoing chronic pain.
