Would NOT recommend
2 weeks agoNewI absolutely would NOT recommend Shelly Damschroder or this office. I had an appt scheduled for this morning and they canceled it without notifying me at all. The appt was to get my blood work results. I than asked them to just print out my results and that is all I needed. The staff told me they would not give me my results until I spoke with the doctor. Well, I already had an appt but they decided to cancel it WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I than tried to go onto the portal to print them myself but it wouldn't work so I went back to ask for help, only to be greeted with Shelly yelling at me and telling me that I am harassing her and the staff and that she will not give me my results or help me with the portal.

NP Damschroder took the time to listen to all my concerns. I did not feel rushed like in most dr appts. We came up with a plan for my overall health and I felt like she really cares.

Shelly took so much time with me, and truly listened and was observant. After reading the cover letter to this survey - I'd say Shelly hit tens all the way. Was worried about transitioning to a new Dr from the Northern AZ Health Care system in Cottonwood, and I am so glad now, I did.
