My spouse cut her hand in Thanksgiving prep. Volume was light but we waited 40 minutes. Despite the unexpected event, we were in high spirits. That changed. The P.A. appropriately introduced herself and her title. Being a physician, my spouse and I prefer a physician. I asked, “Is there a physician available, by chance?” Merely for asking this question, within our rights as a patient, she refused to provide my wife care, even after she agreed to treatment. What an attitude!
