Gold star of excellence
The wait time in the office to be seen is short and reasonable . Reception staff kind. If you are looking for a Dr that is kind compassionate, actually listens to you, where she is able to solve and make adjustments needed on hearing aids ,answers your questions and is very knowledgeable in her field of Audiology ( hearing) I highly recommend her. I have had a few Dr.‘s that listen but never like Her. I have never felt like I was not listened too nor felt like I was an inconvenience and just a number and on to the next. She knows how to communicate and explains well . I am always told that if I was to have any problems with the adjustments to call back and make another appointment. I have always left her office satisfied. Thank you Dr Shelley Mueting !!
