The receptionist/office manager is very rude. She actually told me over the phone someone would loose their job because of refilling my medication (for a NON-CONTROLLED substance). Every time I have had to deal with her she has been just plain rude. When you are in the office she is rude to everyone who is trying to sign in. I feel like this office should get rid of her.
