The office was very uncomfortable. Dr only comes in one day a week. The Dr was fine, but the male secretary was so rude to me. He did the bare minimum to help me when my glasses were made incorrectly. He refused to re-write my Rx. He refused to even let me leave a message for the doctor and said that the doctor would not call me, when I was having trouble reading with my new Rx. I was basically forced to deal with someone very unpleasant rather than the Doctor himself, who seemed normal.
