My experience with Shelby Barthel was awesome !! She is great at her job, also listens to you and explains things so you can understand them . I am thankful and blessed to have her on my cancer team . I would give her 10 stars if I could .

First, Scheduling said this PA took my insurance, I called her nurse support and they verified, however she did not until two weeks after my appointment. Secondly, when we meet she was totally unaware of why I had driven 160 mile to meet with her. Third, she billed me for a 1 hour consultation when it was actually 30 minutes. Forth, Her prognosis of non-revisable nerve damage was not correct as a vasectomy reversal corrected the problem. And last, she has no direct contact information.
